The Abundant Woman: Sexuality & Embodiment Sessions
Reconnecting with Your Body, Pleasure, and Power
Our relationship with sexuality is deeply connected to our identity, culture, life experiences, and the stories we have been taught about our bodies. For many women and femmes—especially those of African ancestry and the African diaspora—our sensuality, pleasure, and bodily autonomy have often been shaped by histories of oppression, shame, silence, and disconnection. This space is an invitation to return home to yourself.
At Birthing Abundantly Maternal Services, sexuality support is rooted in body awareness, self-discovery, ancestral wisdom, and compassionate care. Through virtual or in-person sessions, we create a safe, affirming, and judgment-free environment where you can explore intimacy, strengthen confidence, reconnect with your sensual self, and define what pleasure means to you on your own terms.
Initial 90-Minute Sexuality & Embodiment Session – $150
60-Minute Follow-Up Session – $100
Areas of Support Include:
Rebuilding confidence and connection with your body
Navigating sexuality after childbirth, trauma, illness, or major life transitions
Exploring sensuality and self-expression without shame
Learning to communicate your desires, needs, and boundaries with partners
Improving confidence and comfort with intimacy
Addressing body image and self-esteem concerns
Creating rituals of self-care, touch, and embodiment
Herbal education and holistic wellness practices traditionally used to support desire, relaxation, and overall sexual well-being*
Education and referrals for pelvic floor therapy and specialized sexual health providers
Resources for deeper healing, counseling, and therapeutic support when desired
Every woman deserves the opportunity to feel at home in her body—to experience confidence, pleasure, intimacy, and connection without judgment. This work is not about becoming someone new; it is about remembering the wisdom, beauty, and power that has always lived within you.
Virtual or In-Person Sessions Available
*Herbal support is offered as educational wellness guidance and does not replace medical evaluation or treatment for concerns such as persistent pain, hormonal conditions, or diagnosed sexual dysfunction.
